1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Infinity Web Monitor at monitor.infinityweb.gr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Infinity Web Monitor is an uptime monitoring application that allows users to monitor the availability of websites, APIs, servers, and network services via HTTP(S), TCP, and ICMP protocols.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor targets you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt third-party services through excessive monitoring
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (monitor configurations, check results, etc.).
  • We may access your data as needed to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal requirements.
  • Check results older than 90 days are automatically purged unless otherwise configured.

7. API Usage

The REST API is provided for legitimate programmatic access. You agree not to abuse the API with excessive requests that could degrade the Service for other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from failures in monitoring, delayed alerts, or false positives/negatives

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
